EWRB stands for Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking. It’s a mandatory regulation in Ontario requiring eligible buildings to report energy and water usage annually.
Yes. If your building is 50,000 sq. ft. or larger, you must comply with Ontario Regulation 506/18 by submitting a report through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
July 1st of each year. The data reported covers the previous calendar year (e.g., 2024 data is due July 1, 2025).
